I purchased something from Swarovski for my partner's birthday. They lost the present. 2 weeks later I purchased another present from this Company for my partner for Christmas. Again they failed to deliver it. On both occasions they offered a refund or replacement. On the first occasion I accepted this. On the second occasion to fail to deliver birthday present and Christmas present within the space of a month was pure incompetence. When i made contact it was refund or replacement. I asked for both after such an error on their part. All they offered was 25 euros. A billion dollar company. They showed no regard or appreciation for my business. I would never ever use this company or recommend them to anyone. Lots of other Companys selling costume jewellery.

My daughter who is a ICU Covid nurse took the time to go to the mall with her grandmother‘s picture frame which was broken they refused to repair if she didn’t have the box. My father gave this picture frame to my mother 20 years ago of course we don’t have a box. We were not asking for anything free we were merely asking to have it fixed. They told us to call head office which I did and head office told me to give some hard push back to the retail store??? I then called the store explain the whole thing and they said nope we can’t give you a box we don’t have any boxes we cannot help -
With the second wave my daughter does not have time to go back to the mall nor do I want her to. What a horrible company that is all I can say…

Awful awful customer service

Awful awful customer service ! I recently bought 20 bracelets to give away as gifts . The orders were meant to arrive with paper bags and a card ! These are gifts and I can’t imagine giving such expensive gifts without a bag ! I ticked for the option of gift bags so wasn’t that I was imagining and expecting something on my own. The bracelets arrived without paper gift bags or card !!!! When I wrote to their customer service - I had a very condescending ( somewhat rude response from a gentleman called Akos! Awful awful customer service and this executive thought Swarovski was right not to honour the paper bag request ! No apology just a very rude response ! Sorry Swarovski you’ve just lost a very loyal customer who bought 20 bracelets from you . I am sure some other company will value my business ! The bracelets looks cheap and tacky and wish I had returned them

They're trash complete dog water!!! I will never purchase from them again they are not even remotely close to high standard for what they charge they are the same quality of a vending machine at the dollar tree, they're absolutely garbage how are they even a fancy name you couldn't give me their crap for free

Swarovski not worth the money!

I can't believe this once awesome company has lowered their standards to such lows. I have bought my mom over 100 pcs. in her lifetime. I have bought several expensive jewelry pieces for myself. When we went to take out our xmas ornaments this year, one collection of $45+ each had all come unglued, 8 pieces in total. All my boxes had brochures with the pieces and marked CHINA........I contacted Swarovski right away and was told if I wanted the pieces repaired it would be $50 each. Needless to say, I will never ever buy anything from Swarovski ever again. Terrible product, terrible customer service...

While I appreciate ur effort to save face w/ ur fans, that opportunity was lost with me when ur customer service choose to treat me so rudely about my dead mother's xmas collection that was passed down to me. They were very insensitive and to tell me a $50 repair per item......sorry. Once you started sending ur crystals to China, ur quality control was lost. I hope I can find the correspondence as I spent a lot of time to research the right people to write to and to be treated the way I was was very disheartening for me. I'd like to be able to post it here.
4/15/21 up date on REPLY
Nothing! No one has contacted me b/c no one cares and they certainly were not going to do anything about my ornaments in November 2020 nor will they now. I did find one correspondence I had not deleted that I sent it to Swarovski Customer Relations on Nov. 16, 2020. I sent them pictures of the broken pieces. That's when they replied that it would be $50 each to re-glue. I ended up throwing the ornaments away. I don't need the bad mojo around. But they did lose a good customer who will forever tell buyers/potential buyers of my experience.

I was never contacted by this company. They sent thier 'fake' auto letter as a reply to TrustPilot to make people believe they care.They DON'T!
You buy at your own risk today when you buy thier product. Gone are the days of quality control and customer service.

Very slow return process

I purchased a ring for my wife recently. Speedy delivery and Great quality but need to return the product as not comfortable.
Still waiting for any notifications.
Been a few weeks now

Happy with experience, would buy again

Only ordered one small bracelet, came in fairly good time with emails keeping me updated on where it was. Came in stunning packaging for what was a relatively cheap piece, will be ordering again. Disheartening to see so many people with shipping issues recently, hopefully Swarovski can resolve them.

Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend on…

Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend on the 15th January. Was promptly sent out on the post. Received an email from TNT (Who in the right mind uses TNT for delivery?) on the 19th January: “Shipment delayed in transit Recovery actions underway”. This status hasn’t changed and I’ve had no contact from Swarovski customer service.
They still have my money and I don’t have my order.

Difference in two bracelets.

My son bought a swarovski bracelet last year I was pleased.my other son bought one this Xmas I was soo disappointed when I saw the difference in shine as I have looked after the first.wont have anymore.

Investigation? Stop using ups guys...

Purchased a watch for my girlfriend on Thanksgiving day, as a Christmas gift. ups says it has been delivered, but it hasn't. They offer no photo to show where they might have left it or if it was even left at my home at all. Now I'm told it'll be 10-15 days for ups to investigate? That means its replacement or refund will arrive AFTER the holiday. Why spend the amount of money they ask for their pieces if you can't count on their caring or using a carrier that doubly verifies delivery? Have been a customer many times in the past but never again. Thats entirely too long to allow a carrier to investigate something that should be simple to ascertain from a photo, much like my always there amazon packages come with.

Superb customer experience at Bond Street, London

After buying 3 refills for a pen I got a few years ago as a gift, I tried to insert one in store when it fell through the pen. The advisor took their time to see what was the issue and concluded it was an older pen, possibly missing a part, and didn’t work with their current refills. She then offered that she would replace the pen for me so I could use one again. Her kindness took me by surprise. She came up with a solution I didn’t expect at all. Thank you Elena for this superb customer experience provided today. Feeling very grateful.
